Our Southern-style remodel was done in two phases.
Our two-story addition to a Southern-style home includes a primary bedroom suite wing connected to the existing house via an enclosed bridge and also adds an office, steam room, and exercise room.
The main floor is connected to the lower floor through a solarium and a metal spiral staircase. Large windows create the opportunity to grow plants year-round. A screen porch with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings complete the whole-house remodel.
"We remodeled this home twice, actually. Our first clients wanted Southern style. Our second clients loved the Southern style but wanted more space. It was a pretty unique opportunity." said architect James McNeal.
